NOKE是由忠泰集團開發與經營,2023年6月開幕。土地面積2,004坪(6625 m2),建築體為地上七層地下三層,樓地板面積11,000坪(36,370 m2),商業面積:6,500坪(21,480 m2),停車位數260席。周邊路網四通八達,距離捷運站步行僅需3分鐘。
NOKE is developed and operated by Taiwan's JUT Group, and it opened in June 2023. The lot area is 2,004 ping (6,625 m2), with seven floors above ground and three floors below ground. The total floor area is 11,000 ping (36,370 m2), with a commercial area of 6,500 ping (21,480 m2) and 260 parking spaces. The surrounding road network is well-connected, and it’s only a 3-minute walk from the MRT station.

Noke, located in the newly developed suburban area of Dazhi in Taipei, is surrounded by emerging commercial and upscale residential area, offering views of Yuan Shan and the Keelung River. NOKE的命名靈感來自於基地的位置:基隆河以北(north of Keelung River),擷取其英文字母縮寫為名。讀音與 “knock”相同,象徵敲門打開生活的各種新面向,為人們的日常帶來更好的改變。
"NOKE" is an acronym for North of Keelung River and was named after the location of the site. Pronounced the same as "knock," it symbolizes knocking on the door to open up new aspects of life, bring about positive changes to people's daily life.
建築設計以昔日基隆河面來往商船豐盈滿載的貨物為發想,在立面上形成階梯狀的連續開口,讓戶外綠意延伸到每一層的商場空間。室內設計由忠泰旗下的築內國際領軍,各樓層設計意象融入稻浪、湖畔、松徑、雲海等自然環境語彙。忠泰集團憑藉在建築、文化藝術及生活美學領域的積累,在館內多處空間規劃了複合多元的非典型的跨界運用,為消費者帶來截然不同的遊逛體驗。
The architectural design draws inspiration from the past when the Keelung River was bustling with cargo-laden ships. The façade features a staggered series of continuous openings, allowing outdoor greenery to extend into each floor of the mall. The interior design, led by JUT Group subsidiary, AISTYLE International, incorporates design concept from various natural environments such as rice paddies, lakesides, pine trails, and sea of clouds on different floors. Leveraging JUT Group's expertise in architecture, culture, and lifestyle aesthetics, Noke features diverse, unconventional and cross-disciplinary programs in multiple spaces, providing consumers with a truly unique shopping experience.
館內進駐95家品牌,包括藝術策展、輕奢選品、設計生活、風格美食及滑冰運動,除了有多件國際級藝術作品長期展示,進駐品牌也不時推出跨界新創的內容,整座商場以潮流藝術、風格時尚交織出當代生活的獨特氣息。
The mall is home to 95 brands, including art curation, premium select shops, design & life, exquisite cuisines, and an ice rink. In addition to showcasing international renowned art pieces on a long-term basis, the brands housed within also frequently introduce innovative cross-boundary contents. The entire mall weaves a distinctive atmosphere of contemporary life, art, style, and fashion.
全館業種面積佔比:零售 40%、餐飲 30%、策展娛樂 30%,忠泰集團也進駐多家自營品牌及策展單位,以 NOKE 視為與各界合作交流的平台。 NOKE 經營的不僅是商業地產,更是有態度有想法的「內容型商業」。
The tenant mix is as follows: 40% for Retail, 30% for food & beverage, and 30% for curation and entertainment. The JUT Group has also established several self-operated brands and curation units within Noke, serving as a platform for collaboration and exchange with various industries.
